Our Studio: We are located at 8375 S 700 E in Sandy Utah. We have outdoor and indoor settings. If you choose to be photographed here, many times we can do some outside and some inside shots. The bridge will not work for families in the middle of the afternoon.
Our studio is on the east side of the road behind Mizumi Restaurant.
From I-15, take the 9000 South exit and go east toward the Wasatch mountain range (the ones without the copper pit!).
At 700 East, (cemetary on right) go left towards north.
Our studio is on the east side (on your right) behind Mizumi restaurant.
From 215 take the Union Park exit. Turn right onto Fort Union blvd (west). Turn left onto 900 East. Continue south on 900 East, it will turn into 700 East. Our studio is on the left side (east) behind Mizumi Restaurant.
Ledgemere up Big Cottonwood Canyon: This area is woodsy with a river. It is only good morning and late afternoon into evening. Dogs not allowed, $500 fine. In the summer there may be picnic fee and rest rooms are only open then.
From I-15 take the 215 East exit. Continue east until the 6200 South exit. Turn right off the exit heading to Solitude and Brighton ski resorts. At 7200 South, turn left and go 1.6 miles up the canyon. Ledgemere is on the right (south) side of the road. You may park on either side of the road, left side has more but if you have small children, be aware that you have to cross the road on a curve.
Murray Park: This area has several good locations for any time of day, however some settings are only available morning or evening. There is an area with flowers in season. There are also grassy areas, rocky areas, a riverside area and a pond area.
The park is located at 5109 South State Street in Murray.
New Directions! From I-15 take the 5300 South exit heading east towards the Wasatch mountains (the ones without the copper pit!)
Turn left (north) onto State Street. Go past the entrance at 5109 S State St. and turn at the next right, Murtlle Ave. This does not look like the park because there are buildings but if you keep going a block you will see that it dead ends at the park. Just park by the trees and you will find the photographer there.
Wheeler Farm: We are not shooting right now at this area because the grass is dead! This area is the only one we photograph at no extra charge where you can get the Wasatch Mountains in the background, but to get them you need to be photographed in the morning. This is in a grassy area. There is also a large tree that is fun to photograph in.
The park is located at 6351 South 900 East in Murray.
From I-15 take the 215 East exit. Get off at the Union Park exit, stay in the left hand exit lane and turn left onto Union Park. Turn left onto 6600 South. Turn right onto 900 East. The farm is on the right (east side). Park as close to the big barn as possible and wait close to the barn.
Any other location in the Salt Lake Valley is $100 extra.
